Equipment, lights and plumbing: 1 year from Kinetic Pools; manufacturer warranties pass through.
Concrete deck (Keen Decorative Concrete LLC): 1-year workmanship warranty, per the deck terms in your agreement. All concrete cracks; cracking, color variation, efflorescence and sealer wear are not defects.
Free promotional items: no Kinetic warranty; the manufacturer's warranty passes through.
Not covered: acts of God, flooding, soil movement, draining the pool without our written approval, chemical imbalance, misuse.
