1. One free upgrade per pool. When a promotion is offered, the owner may choose one free upgrade from the current list (for example: cool deck finish on the included deck, a robotic pool cleaner, or fence removal and reinstallation). Upgrades can't be combined, exchanged for cash, credited against the price, or transferred.
2. Deck jets, lights, bubblers, heaters, salt systems and other options are sold separately at the prices in your quote.
3. Must be in writing. A promotion applies only if it's listed in your signed quote or agreement. Offers apply to new pool contracts signed while the offer is active, at a property in our service area.
4. Product choice. For free products, Kinetic Pools picks the brand and model.
5. Warranty on promotional items. Kinetic Pools provides no separate warranty of its own on free promotional items. Any manufacturer's warranty passes through to the owner, and we'll help you file a manufacturer claim. This does not limit any right the law does not allow to be waived.
6. We may change or end a promotion at any time. That doesn't affect agreements already signed.
