Kinetic Pools LLC ("Kinetic Pools," "we") builds fiberglass pools in the Coastal Bend of Texas. This policy explains what we collect through kineticpoolscc.com, by phone, by text and in person, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect. Information you give us: name, phone, email, property address/ZIP, project details, photos you send, and messages. When you hire us, also contract, permit and payment information. Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and times, through cookies and similar tools.
2. How we use it. To answer you, schedule visits, prepare quotes and designs, build and service your pool, pull permits, process payments, coordinate financing you ask for, send project texts and emails you agreed to, improve the site, and meet legal duties.
3. Who we share it with. Only those who help us do the work: our affiliated deck company Keen Decorative Concrete LLC (for decks we pour), suppliers and installers on your job, permit offices, our scheduling/quoting software, e-signature, texting and email providers, website hosting/analytics, and a financing company only if you ask us to start financing. We also share when the law requires it, to protect people or property, or as part of a sale of our business. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Text messaging (SMS). If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Kinetic Pools LLC may text you about your inquiry, appointments, your project, quotes, invoices, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers only to support our services, such as customer service and scheduling. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Cookies and analytics. We use cookies and similar tools to run the site and understand traffic (Vercel hosting and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector booking and chat services; no Google Analytics or Meta pixel is currently configured on this site). You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
6. Calls. Calls with our business lines may be recorded for quality and training.
7. How long we keep it. Leads: up to 3 years. Customer and job records: as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal reasons (generally 7+ years).
8. Security. We use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
9. Your choices and rights. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information (subject to records we must keep), or to stop texts or emails. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies. To ask, email jeff@kineticpoolscc.com or call (361) 600-4105. We'll respond within 45 days.
10. Children. Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes. We'll post updates here with a new date.
